This accommodation is located in the heart of the town, near the church and within the historic center. the room and bathroom are beautifully restored, with stone walls and wooden frames. the staff is friendly and helpful, with English speakers available. Breakfast is excellent, with a variety of sweet and savory options.
The pricing during the high season can be quite expensive.

While initially difficult to find it turned out to be a comfortable apartment in a very old, authentic building close to the centre of town. Our maid Gabrielle helped to make our stay extra special. They have two options for breakfast - brought to room or at a local bar. Our suggestion would be the room option as it was fantastic.
The apartment was a little claustrophic which could' nt be helped due to the design of the building. If you want the bright lights look elsewhere but would definitely recommend as a quiet retreat.

the rooms were quite spacious and clean with a lovely small terrace overlooking the town. the property was situated near to key attractions and free parking was accessible too. One of the best things was the setting of the stone walls and wooden window frames which added a rustic feel to the rooms.
the wifi signal was weak and only worked outside.

The room and facilities were beautiful. The staff was very nice. Parking was good. The town was very small and safe for walking. This would be a great place to relax in a room for several days or use as an inexpensive home base to explore the region (if you are comfortable driving).
It was more difficult to drive in Italy than we expected. Due to the hotel location, we had to drive to the beach or a bigger city and became tired of trying to find parking at other locations. The town is very small and not much activity there during the evening.

We were graciously upgraded to one of the apartments! It was the most beautiful, 2 level, stone apartment. Decorated in antiques with wooden shutters on all doors and windows. We even had a private garden patio. The bathroom was large too. There are pretty plants and gorgeous flowers that decorate the property. The in-room breakfast is fantastic, not to be missed! Regional food is deliver and set up at the kitchen table every morning. A very helpful woman (that speaks English too)would let herself in, set up the breakfast and then lock the door behind her. She was very accomodating and willing to help with any request. Definately eat at the L'osteria on the corner. Delicious food of the Pulgian region....it was so good, we ate there evrynight!!!

We were located in the house opposite the street as the Borgoterra seemed to be fully booked. The room was lovely and very spacious. There was also a living room with terracce. There are a couple of nice restaurant and some wine bars where they serve a nice (free) tapas when you order a drink.
Breakfast is in a bar on the square. We didn't mind and the people were really nice. All in all it's real value for money.

Great location to explore the area including the seaside and lovely cities. I loved the position of the hotel within the old city of Martano and the charm of the tastefully refubished old " masseria" where the rooms are situated. The staff was very professional and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay in the heart of the historical center next to the church. Our room had a small kitchen and a bedroom with high vaulted ceilings. The hotel facilities were unique, with each room having its own charm. We enjoyed the clean suite and the sumptuous breakfast that was a feast. The staff were forthcoming, very friendly, and spoke excellent English.
Was all great.

The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated, giving off a charming rustic vibe. The location was great, situated in a quiet town with easy access to nearby attractions. Plus, the staff was friendly and helpful, always providing recommendations and answering our questions.
The cleanliness could have been better, with dusty surfaces and towels that smelled stuffy. The breakfast spread was lackluster, with only toast and no fresh fruit.
